These are the terms for brindlewison.com. The site is run by Brindlewison, the operator of brindlewison.com, referred to below as "Brindlewison", "we" or "us". If you use the site, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please close the tab and don't use the site.

Trail rules on age

You must be 18 or over to use Brindlewison. Anyone under 18 should leave the site now. The entry permit that appears on your first visit asks you to confirm your age, and by confirming you tell us that you're 18 or older.

You're responsible for checking that using a free social casino with demo slots is allowed where you live, and for following any local laws that apply to you.

The notebook at a glance

Brindlewison is, at heart, a free social casino. It publishes written field entries about wildlife demo slots and shows each one in a frame loaded from the game provider, Pragmatic Play.

Real money never comes into it. There's nothing to purchase, there are no prizes, and nothing of value can be received through the site. There are no accounts, no balances and no payments of any kind.

Third-party games

Pragmatic Play hosts and controls each demo slot, and the game reaches our page through a frame fed from the provider’s own servers. The games are the provider's own demo builds and we don't modify them.

Pragmatic Play's own terms may apply to the content inside the frame. We don't control whether a demo is available, how it behaves, what it displays or when it changes, and a demo may stop loading without notice. If that happens, we may remove the entry or replace it with another demo slot from the same provider.

The contact form

The form on our contact page is for questions about the site, reports of a demo that won't load or a broken link, and corrections to our entries. Messages are delivered to us by FormSubmit, as explained in our privacy policy.

The form isn't a login and doesn't create an account. It isn't a payment channel, and it isn't a support service for gambling problems. If you need that kind of help, please contact one of the independent organisations listed on our play smart page.

Please don't send passwords, card details or identity documents through the form; we'll never ask you for any of those.

Acceptable use

When you use Brindlewison, please don't:

  • use the site if you're under 18;
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or the game frames;
  • copy the site in bulk with automated tools, or present our pages as your own;
  • send abusive, misleading or unlawful messages through the contact form;
  • use the site for any purpose that breaks the law where you are.

We may block access from anyone who ignores these points. Reporting a fault through the contact form is always fine, even if you're not sure the problem is ours.

Intellectual property

Game names, artwork, sound and all other game content belong to their provider, Pragmatic Play, or to the rights holders it works with. Nothing on Brindlewison gives you any rights in that content.

The text, layout and SVG artwork on Brindlewison, including the pencil-line sketches on our cards, belong to Brindlewison. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from. Please ask us before reusing anything more.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as available. We try to keep each entry accurate and the pages working, but we can't promise that every detail is correct, that the site will always be reachable, or that every demo will load in every browser or on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Brindlewison isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the demo slots, including time spent, interruptions, technical faults, or problems with content provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

Revising these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when an entry is added or the way the site works changes. The "Last updated" line under the heading shows the current version, and older versions stop applying once a new one is posted. Carrying on with the site after an update counts as accepting the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
